A little less hair & some new sounds

The last few weeks has been pretty amazing. While it is slow, Jonathan is making improvements each day. This week he started making 'mmmm' sounds. We have been working on him bringing his lips together so that he can start making sounds other than vowel sounds. He makes them on his own rather than when we want him to...but isn't that the way it always is when you want to show off you kids? :)

On Friday, Mark's parents surprised me with an early birthday gift. Both Mark's parents and my niece and 3 nephews brought me balloons and a chocolate cake. Both mine and Jenny's birthday are this month. As of late December, Jenny decided that we should go ahead and call ourselves the next year. So..according to Jenny, she is already 5 and I am already 32.


Last Saturday, Jonathan got his first official hair cut. Jenny got hers cut too so that she could show him how to behave and what to do.
